CHECK IN | Check-in in the apartments is possible after 4 p.m. |
CHECK OUT | On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m., otherwise an additional day will be charged. When leaving the apartments, we ask you to load the dishes into the dishwasher, turn off the water, close the windows, turn off the lights and lock the apartments. |
RESERVATION | The reserved apartment is waiting for you until 10 PM. If there is no special notice, after this time it is considered that you will not be using the apartment and it can be rented to another guest. In case of later arrival without prior notice, we offer you accommodation within the limits of available capacities. |
ELECTRICITY/ WATER/ AIR CONDITIONING | During your stay at the hotel, please protect our natural environment and be careful about the rational use of water and electricity. We ask that you keep the windows closed when cooling or heating the room. The electrical voltage is 220 V. |
MAINTENANCE | Please report any defects or damage to the inventory to the reception immediately. Please do not throw anything into the toilet. There is a wastebasket for paper and other rubbish. |
ROOM CLEANING | Daily room cleaning is carried out until 2 pm. Bed linen is changed once a week or upon request. Towels are changed at the guest's request. If the rooms are excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of €40.00 per apartment will be charged. |
NIGHT REST | Quiet hours are required from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be considerate of others who are trying to rest. Please do not make noise in the room or in the hallways after 11:00 PM. |
MONEY AND VALUABLES | We do not assume responsibility for money and valuables kept in the apartments. |
MINOR CHILDREN | Parents (or legal guardians) are fully responsible for their children. This includes supervising children and ensuring their safety on the hotel premises. It is forbidden to leave small children unattended in the room or in the hotel's public areas. This requirement is intended to ensure the safety of children and prevent possible accidents. |
INVENTORY DAMAGE | In case of damage to the inventory, you will be charged compensation. You can settle the bill at the reception. |
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE | In case of emergency medical assistance, call 112. |
SMOKING | Not allowed in the apartments. We charge a fine of €50 for failure to comply with the instructions. |
SWIMMING POOL AND SAUNA | At Thermana Laško and Rimske Terme, you can use services at a discount upon presentation of a coupon (obtain it at the reception). |
PARKING SPACE | Parking is free for hotel guests. We are not responsible for any possible break-ins or damage. |
LOSS OF ROOM KEY | Loss of key will be charged at €15. |
ANIMALS | are not allowed because some guests are allergic, thank you for your understanding |
FORGOTTEN THINGS | Forgotten items will be sent to your home upon your request. We keep them for a maximum of one month, after which we will deal with them in accordance with regulations. |
BOOK OF IMPRESSIONS | You can write all remarks, opinions and comments in the Guest Book, which is located at the reception. |
